What is wrong !?
Answers: From your description of flem/phlegm in your stools, I suppose you intended you are passing out mucus together next to your stools.
Mucus in stools can be cause by multitude of reasons among them, irritable bowels, bacterial infection, bowel blockage or less commonly, problems approaching Crohn's disease. I think you should desire a professional opinion as mucus within stools are unlikely to be normal most of the time
You should turn to the doctor. You might have a blockage or something.
