What is the healthiest and fastest path to loose 15 pounds minus constant exercise?

15 pounds....6 months....I hate exercise, especially when its winter.


Answers:    Make sure you are buring more calories than you are intaking. If you scrutinize tv, do lunges during the commercials or arm curls with free weights (If you don't hold free weights use a bottle of water or even wine.) 3-5 commercials breaks and you will enjoy done about 20mins of excercise next to out really trying.
Atleast a gallon of water a light of day .....not in one serving entry though
