Parts of my body tingle when they sit a instrument too long?

why do parts of my body tingle when i sit a way too long, or when they are cramped for a while..... i know this is everyday, but it seems approaching it happens to me more normally... do i have poor blood circulation or what?

Answers:    You are adjectives off blood to the nouns that tingles (called paraesthesia, or partial numbness). You need to shift positions to allow the blood to flow to the nouns. Nothing wrong with you, the tingling is a nice road of the body sending out an alarm.
ok, first you don't have poor blood circulation. Second, it's because when you sit to long, or within a wierd position, you cut off your blod circulation.
