Is it fun to be an job psychotherapist?
Answers: It is so much fun being an OT! I graduate 3 years ago and work for a community center where we hold accessible workout equipment and run studies about community contribution and health. I definately recommend this corral to anyone who is a people personage and enjoys helping others complete independence.
I asked a similar put somebody through the mill about Physical Therapy. No one answered me. So agree to me tell you what my friend told me more or less his job as a PT Assistant, since they are drastically similar fields.
It is immensely rewarding work, but it can also be depressing because you will have some patients that you see every week, and you KNOW they are never going to catch any better. If you work with geriatric patients, you will obverse the occassional death of a merciful. If you are someone who can distance yourself from the connection and not bring the work home beside you, I think the rewards would outweigh it. But if you are someone who is going to be depressed over losing patients or never seeing progress from them, you might want to look at another pasture.
PTA work can be physically demanding. OT has get to be less physically demanding.
If you resembling kids, an OT can find work in the arts school districts. That would be a good group to work near.

Thanks for the input,I was also wondering matching thing at one point.I start arts school next month for the long pass through to be an occupational psychoanalyst.One of the reasons I'm chose to study this occupation is because it seem like a fun errand.not to mention very fulfilling
