Answers:    i never heard of that one since but here goes-do you exercise during the cold weather. keeping your blood circulating and muscles warmed up will relieve with blood flow. i know i dont want to do anything during that time either-maybe a hot soak contained by the tub will help. i know my bones hurting when its cold. not much i could about that one.
