Iron lesser amount? relieve please, i inevitability it?
i kno i enjoy it, or well, that something isnt right!
bu my mom wont transport me to the doctor. how can i get her to bear me? i NEED to go! HELP!
Answers: There is plenty of iron contained by nuts and the more vitamin C you get the more iron you engage. There is also some iron in bread and cereal and muesli and also in broccoli and spinach.
Hopefully you know just about protein complementing. The incomplete protein in bread, cereal, nuts and pasta can be completed by combining these foods with beans and peas which contain plenty of lysine which is short in bread, cereal and nuts and pasta which only contain small amounts of this amino tart.
As you are hopefully still growing you need plenty of protein.
Perhaps you should do a trellis search for "lacto-vegetarian diet". I suspect that perhaps you don't know as much just about the negatives of a lacto-vegetarian diet as you should know and that is probably why you are outlook unwell. At the age of 13 you are really too young to be a lacto-vegetarian as hopefully you are still growing. A vegetarian requests to be very educated on all aspects of a lacto-vegetarian diet and perhaps you own not done enough research on the lacto-vegetarian diet.
If you are avegetarian you need to be carefull near your diet. Especially since you are still growing and developing. YOu need to donate thisngs like nuts and protien substitiues bar meat to your diet. Yu should have the guidance of a doctor though. You really do not want to mess beside your development!! It can enjoy lingering effects the rest of your enthusiasm especially reproductivly
