The last 3 days ive be experirncing severe head spind which brand name me feel approaching im going to vomit and pass out, the finishing month ive been getting frequent miagrains, go to a doc today as last hours of darkness the dizziness had me surrounded by tears and he prescribed me anti nausea tablets which are not helping the dizziness. He is not my usual doc as mine doesnt work Sundays. Any ideas to give support to me till I can see my doc tomorrow, its really worrying me. Thanks

Answers:    Try to rest and relax. Don't exert yourself. Get plenty of fluids (water and soup would be best).
This could be SO many things. But, my first thought be to find out if you've had your Blood Glucose checked. Just to be sure, you might want to avoid sugary drinks.
