Tough tissue after dog bite?

One of my dogs accidentally bit me a few weeks ago, during a scuffle beside another dog. It wasn't a really serious bite- definitely didn't require stitches and not quite bled. It was, however, a bit gaping. I treated it with triple anti biotic a few times but it never appeared to impossible enough to wish medical attention.

There was doomed to failure bruising around it for a couple weeks afterwards. Now, the bites are pretty much healed (one be a little nip on my thumb, the other be an actual bite on my thigh). However, there are presently "tough" lumps under where on earth the wounds were- somewhat like the lumps that remain where on earth a piercing once was. They're a touch tender, but don't bother me by any means- they just consistency like a bruise when I touch them firmly.

Is this majority of dog bite wounds? Like I said, they don't really bother me. I'd just similar to to know if I should be concerned. Neither bite ever showed any sign of infection.

see the doctor, it might be just swelling , but grasp a doctors opinion.
