Does onions lower blood pressure,if so which is better onions,garlic,or garlic pills?

I know a lady who carried garlic near her and would peel and devour a clove every couple of hours per her doctor's orders. Pills are more concentrated and work better. Pills will less disagreeable breath. Doctors are more interested in getting kickback from pharmaceutical companies for prescriptions rather than recommend proven homeopathic treatments.
garlic pills,they are tasteless and if you similar to garlic and i do just sprinklie some on your food,but I resembling the pills also. Celery is also for lowering bloodpressure,and if you can stand the taste,embezzle 1 tbl spoon of applecider vinegar a day or when your blood pressure is up,it works my husband does it adjectives the time.it works for him.
