How to crack your hips?
Answers: honestly, I'd recommend a chiropractor for that. My hips cracked adjectives the time (painfully I might add) till I went to see one. I have that horrible pressure and pain (not pregnant, it be a secondary symptom from another injury). A friend of mine go while she was pregnant and said she would not contribute it up for anything. It made her much more comfortable. Look for someone you feel comfortable and who have training with pregnant patients as economically as special belly pads you tell stories on.
Cracking probably wouldnt do the trick. You are likely experiencing excessive pressure and your pelvis is starting to "stretch" so you will be self-conscious. If you lay on your back on the floor and put your butt against the underside of the couch and throw your legs up on the couch seat you might get the impression some relief. This position take all mass off of the pelvis, and help alot with siatic agony.
