The most a person's liver can tolerate of Tylenol at one time is 1300 mg. Tylenol Arthritis has 650mg per pill and lately two of those puts you at the limit of Tylenol a person should hold at one time. Extra strength Tylenol is 500mg, so 3 is too much. More than that will stress and damage the liver. And remember, you only hold one and you need it to live.
Aleve, on the other hand is 220mg. That is 200 mg of naproxen and 20 mg of sodium. It say on the bottle that you can take 1 tablet every 8-12 hours, although the first dose can be 2 tablets, but not to exceed 3 in a 24 hour time of year. Again, this affects your liver.
People that take too much tylenol or aleve usually die because there is no counteracting drug for this medication, approaching there is for most other drugs.
If you were to pilfer 3 Aleves, that is already the maximum daily constrict of what is allowable. Adding a tylenol is just stressing your liver more because the Aleve already has the liver tax because it isn't able to filter that much aleve at one time.

Is this just today? I am not sure. Look up and adjectives night pharmacy and ask the druggist. Or call the emergency room and ask them. Are you inkling effects from them? If so go to the ER. 1310mg of tylenol is very impossible for your liver
