She had a small fluke on that area some years fund something with counterbalance fell on that place but no injuries or anything life commonplace. she is afraid to refer to a doctor lest maybe serious problem she get no other problem except 2 years back she have one floaters in her not here eye

Answers:    Why is she afraid to go to a doctor? Because she might find out something is wrong beside her?? That's the biggest reason TO progress to the doctor! Tell her to go presently.

If there is swelling on the top of her principal (whether it's from a previous injury or not), she should go to the doctor to engineer sure it's NOT something bad. If it is something desperate, they will be able to give a hand her with it.... but if she doesn't go and get help and it's discouraging, she could worsen the injury and could possibly die (depending on what's causing the swelling).
