What are the best songs to run too?
Answers: i am a cross country runner at the university of central oklahoma and all i really listen to when i run is metallica. its the best. its get a fast rythm and the lyrics really hold a tendancy to get your blood boiling. another pious band to listen to is iron maiden. others to grace my ipod are ted nugent, acdc, jimmi hendrix, spree, and a recent favorite is rick ross' push it. if you want specific songs or playlists email me at skeletor214@YAH00.com.
