How can i take stale caffeine?
Any suggestions on moderating the fatigue and headaches that come near getting of caffeine addiction?
Answers: First off, congratulations for WANTING to achieve off caffeine!!
As far as answering, here are a lot of ways, and it also depends on how long you've be on it. As the others have said, the best ways are slowly lowering your dose (takes a long time sometimes), or going cold turkey (which is faster, but harder). Either track, the last piece is making the decision to quit, so you'll eventually enjoy to deal beside the withdrawal.
For the most module, when you deal beside withdrawal, you'll basically have to tough it out, but within are some things that can help cleanse out the toxins and may abet to minimize some of the effects of withdrawal...
Drinking river will help to detox, and taking some supplements that work as cleansers may abet as well. Specifically, Apple Cider Vinegar, Green Tea (decaffeinated), Chlorophyll (fantastic cleanser), and even correct amounts of fiber and water help some people (although it's not highly comfortable for the lower level of detoxification you get).
All that mortal said, it's likely that the symptoms should stop relatively shortly after your ultimate drink with caffeine (it's never as long as it feel like it is). Your neurotransmitters don't give somebody a lift too terribly long to cry for something they are addicted to after you stop.
Another important point to note is that no thing how bad it get, taking more of the drug (and yes, Caffeine is a drug) will only engineer the withdrawal concluding longer and will be harder on you in the long run. Good luck, and congrats again!
