How can someone gain bulk?
Answers: Drink protein shakes and add on more protein to your diet. You can also take supplements at the condition food store. Don't eat greatly of fattening food and junk food though....it will shut in up to you. I used to be the same method.........I'm 32 now and I hold a 12 yr old and a 2 yr ripened and would like to lose just about 5 or 10 pounds, so with hormones, age, and kids, your body may or may not devolution or snap back. So don't be in motion eating alot of fattening foods, only just add protein and be pleased with the approach you are. You're probably still growing so I wouldn't worry going on for it too much. As you get elder you're metabolism will probably slow down a little and you'll grow into yourself and turn out only right. Consider yourself lucky.
Drink ensure or one of those other diet whole collation drinks + eat what you typically do.
