vitamins - depends, if river soluble or fat soluble.. wouldnt really be a big business deal though
minerals - electrolyte imbalance (constipation, heart problems, etc.) depends on what mineral you overdozed.
your body cannot enjoy too many minerals or vitamins. Besides, your body burns carbohydrates when you start working out contained by the first 5 to 10 minutes.
