Can accumulate earwax lead to impairment to audible range?

I don't clean out my ears especially often (i dont even remeber the finishing time i did) and i was wondering if the build-up of wax within the ears can cause audible range damage or even deafness. I other assumed the body had automated ways of keeping the ears verbs.

Answers:    When the wax accumulates ample that it blocks the ear canal in attendance will be a hearing loss explicitly noticeable. However, once the wax is removed by a doctor the audible range returns. Wax does not cause lifelong damage. Never use Qtips they only just shove the wax further down in the ear to where on earth it won't come out on its own. Just rinsing your ears in the shower is ample to keep them verbs.
no it wont. but as my ear doc told me once..dont stick anything smaller than your elbow in your ear. significance..there really is no involve to swab out your ears. simply rinsing them in the shower is righteous enough.
