I own be a smoker for 4 months. If I quit in a minute will the probability of me getting cancer & stuff still be big?

I have have on average about a cigarette a year for those 4 months.. So it has be kind of alot. If I quit, I can, but I don't want to still die really young at heart or anything.


Answers:    Kay is right, and the "rule of thumb" has other been after 10 years of not smoking, it is similar to you never smoked. While you may heal from the harmed you are doing within a year, most don't consider you "out of the woods" for 10 years because some population have such adverse affects to the ingredients surrounded by cigarettes that there can be genetic change.
