Just got hindmost from camping. I am kinda sore everywhre from walkin around and sleepin on unyielding ground. But my stomach (near the bottom) has sharp pains (hurts to cough) and my ribs kinda hurt. It doesnt consistency like cramps. Its chance. Help?
