I have a give somebody the third degree about the Acuvue rebate. I bought contacts and be told to fill out a form online to catch a rebate. I've done all that and I've printed out the quality newspaper but it tells me that I inevitability to attach 5 box tops. Does that mean that I enjoy to open the box (https://www.jnjvision.com/rebate_applica... ) where on earth my contacts are and rip the top off and dispatch it in? Oh and also, I'm told to send contained by my receipts, so then should I distribute in the inspired or send surrounded by a photocopied one?

When I did this, I wasn't sure which quantity of the box was the "top" so I open them all the agency out flat and sent the whole box lately to be sure.

The form says that you can dispatch in a photocopy of your taking.

Make a copy of the form for you to keep.

Put the form, a copy of your receiving and your 5 box tops (or whole boxes) contained by an envelope and make sure you put the right amount of postage on it.

You should achieve your check in give or take a few 6 weeks.
