As far as population saying allergies, it sounds resembling the cough, headache, etc is more than allergies, but the rash could be from an allergic allergic reaction. Most people don't realize that allergies are more than simply coughing and sneezing... it could be any reaction, really. It could be rash, vomiting, acne, increased/decreased blood pressure, heartburn..... allergic reactions can be almost anything, including the impulsive you're getting.
