Stomach problems?

So i think in the order of 1-2 years ago i was diagnosed beside IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and it's no where as discouraging as it used to be. However whenever I'm getting ready for work, i enjoy to go to the toilet heaps (not to pee) and it doesn't stop until i capture to work. I told my mum about it and she said impossible to tell apart thing happen to her, so I thought my IBS can't be the reason for this scheduled. I don't feel stressed when I'm getting primed to go to work, so why does this arise? I really want to try and do something about it, because it would brand name my life alot better.
What do you guess would help formulate this go away?

There are a number of dietary change a person near IBS can make to prevent the overreaction of the gastrocolic reflex and lessen agony, discomfort, and bowel dysfunction. Having soluble fiber foods and supplements, substituting soy or rice products for milk products, being thrifty with fresh fruits and vegetables that are large in insoluble fiber, and intake frequent meals of small amounts of food, can adjectives help to lessen the symptoms of IBS. Foods and beverages to be avoided or minimized include red meat, slimy or fatty and fried products, milk products (even when there is no lactose intolerance), solid chocolate, coffee (regular and decaffeinated), alcohol, carbonated beverages, especially those containing sorbitol or other artificial sweeteners. Care, however, should be taken to avoid adding together foods to the diet to which the patient is allergic or intolerant.
