I have some expired vitamin E vitamins that ive be taking. Ive noticed that they assistance me during my mentrual cycle and they help me when im doing the doo my orgasmic reaction are different. Also my hair have been shedding alot more next normal. I asked empire who i thought would know and they said once vitamins are expired they dont work anymore. Answers:    The vitamin e caps you're taking, you never said how behind the times they are. The "drug" Vit E is d-tocopheryl alpha, it should be okay up to 3 years past the recommended expiry date. The gel cap may get harder though and a bit longer to dissolve and incorporation less. Vit E isn't expensive. Get a unsullied batch.
