Am I doing this right??

Currently I am a size 22 australian (US size 20). By January 2009, i would like to enjoy reduced to an australian size 14 (US size 12) . I have halve my food intake. Reduced the amount of meats i'm drinking. Increased the amount of fruit and vegetable. I have started drinking 3 litres of wet a day. I've cut out sugar. For exercise i enjoy been doing 5 sets of 15 crunches, 50 bicep curls, 50 arm raises(for shoulders) and exercise bike for 20 mins a light of day. Will I be able to slim down to my ideal size using this plan? (i know i entail to increase exercise over time). any suggestions? Thanks!


Answers:    well that will be fine... but I prefer increasing protein intake to increase your metabolism since your doing crunches, curls, biking etc... your burning fat...replace them with muscles

by increasing protein intake... it'll burn more fat...

or even add 5 sets of 15 bicycle cruches/curls and 10 mins more biking for more burn...
