Most of the products that own been recall recently hold been from China, and the motivation they make things in that that don't meet specifications is a moment ago greed. Paint without head costs more. It costs money to do the tests. And they can grasp away with it because nobody checks import products.
On the other hand, none of those products would enjoy been defective if we have adequate regulation on this side of the Pacific. There is one creature in the Consumer Product Safety Commission who checks toys for front. and billions of toys are imported.. FDA no longer have the resources to analyze any more than a fraction of one percent of imported food, and have budget cuts last year that require that it close most of its laboratories, which method they will analyze even less. The USDA have the power to require meat plants to be clean satisfactory to prevent E. coli contamination, but it allows the plants to certify themselves.
We used to have much better regulation of adjectives these products, and had a reduced amount of problems. Most people are not aware that these political affairs agencies can no longer do what they used to.
There are a lot of companies that don't want to be regulated, because it is cheaper not to, and you can capture away with murder. That is greed.
There are seriously of politicians that say that smaller amount regulation is good, and they capture money from the regulated industries to say so. That is greed. Last year when they have the spinach problem on one farm contained by California, it hurt every spinach farmer and packager contained by the country.
You worry nearly the products that have be recalled. Try worrying just about the ones that haven't been found because not a soul was looking.
And at hand is nothing you can do roughly speaking it but worry.
