Sleep deprivation, assistance near making the most of sleep?

I have a rough university schedule. Up at 4:30 am to detain my two trains, I can get roughly speaking 30 minutes combined sleep while commuting.

I get to sleep at 11 because of my massive workload, and I sleep on a couch, which have given me back, shoulder and nouns problems throughout the day. I procure awful nightmares all the time if I sleep within my room on the bed for some reason. At 15 I deliberate that I should have outgrown it, but it isn't child-like alarm. I just rouse up from nightmares repeatedly. Anything I can do about that?

So within my 5 hours of sleep what can I do to max it out? Doctor told me I needed 9-10 but thats not feasible.

Nightmares? I am screwed up next to minor schizophrenic episodes and bipolar disorder. I am really weird :)!

So what can I do in need parental knowledge. E.G. no sleep aids. :(


Answers:    Do you lift antidepressant meds? If you do they can actually disappear the amount of REM sleep you are getting and can cause sleep instability. You may want to discuss this beside your doctor or parents.
