Can ANYONE assistance me? I'm extremely upset just about this.?

I don't understand this at adjectives and am really upset :-(

Honestly I'd say I be a normal sized girl. Not skinny or overweight. I'm 5'9, 22 years old and only just (like every girl) wanted to tone up a bit - lose a few pounds to look better so I started consumption healthily, working out and my body is looking really good (or so I thought) - I saw curves - especially hourglass.

I never ever weigh myself. But today as I've received compliments saying I'm looking hot I granted to and couldnt BELIEVE what i say.

I weigh 15 and a half stone?!?!?! I DO not work out this

:-(

I swear, I'm not obese and in denial - I'm really not butter :-/

What is going on?

(its weird because ive get swollen salivary gland problems - dont know if this is anything to do with it)

PLEASE HELP ME :(

A lot of articles online voice "muscle weighs more than fat" later others dont. I'm soo confused.

Answers:    Yes, muscle does way more than lubricant. The number on a scale really doesn't indicate much if you are toned and healthy. Like the analogy : "a ton of feathers and a ton of bricks", they weigh like but the feathers take up alot more space.
When you hold muscles and are toned you will appear healthier and slimmer standing subsequent to another person who may weigh exactly equal but doesn't have any muscle tone.
Hope that help!
It is true ... muscle does weigh more than fat.

In any suitcase, you probably should be more concerned about "Body Mass Index" (BMI) and smaller amount about actual immensity.

BMI takes into reason body type, etc. As you can tell, shipment measure the immensity of everything whether it is useful to you or not.
Maybe your weigh scale is spolit.
