How do I report a complaint against a nurse?

Do most hospitals have a nursing superintendent that complaints go to? What would the organization or personnel involved in taking precision of complaints be called? There's a charge nurse within particular that I am have to deal beside. Please help!

Answers:    Now a days most hospitals enjoy PATIENT REPS that take adjectives the complaints, so that one charge nurse can't cover up the complaint. The Director of Nurses is so far away from nursing these days you'd be wasting your time chitchat to her unless it's a tiny community hospital. Call and ask to speak to the Patient Rep dept and I bet you'll get what you necessitate.
If its the charge nurse you are having problems near you would want to go to the director of nursing.
