Hi. I have one predilection bud that looks like it be literally pulled out, partially .. and it's for a while sore if I eat something that rubs against it. I enjoy been to a nurse who said it's probably related to an internal virus, or a burn. She said to rinse my mouth near warm brackish water a few times a morning. I tried that, no results except for a really dry throat. I don't know how to get rid of this! I'm not even sick! :-( Please facilitate.
