What to do for headache?
Answers: It depends on the headache within are 2 major types.
1. Sinus Headaches / Which requirements antihistimines like sudafed headache or any variety of sinus meds.
2. Migraine Headaches/ Which needs backache meds like motrin or excedrin migraine

I have migraines so i lift excedrin but hot showers seem to assistance me too... anything that can destress me ... back rubs dont hurt any :) When I have a headache I as a rule lay down for a few secounds/minutes and if that doesn't work i just rest and when I wake up up i feel resembling a spring chicken.

Acediminophine (Tylanol) is VERY bad for you... I don't know how it stays on the flea market with adjectives the proof of how bad it is for you.
It can waste your kidneys even when you take the recomended dosage... If you bring more then 500mg (1 dose) a daylight it is shown to inhibit cell turnover in your lungs and can head to shortness of breath even in on top form people...
STICK WITH IBUPROFEN!
If you purloin upto 800MG (or 4 pills) every 4 to 6 hours then it will lug care of the problem.
It works better and faster if you clutch it with a small amount of caffieen... So filch it with a cup of tea or coffee and it will work a LOT better.
A heat OR cold compress on your eyes/forehead help too... The heat up soothes, the cold stimulates...
Soothing music is shown to lower blood pressure and that can help beside headaches...

or you could try birth control pills sometimes it helps whit headache.
