Does anyone hold any tips on going to sleep/getting up in good time? Nothing seem to work for me. Thanks?
Answers: What I was told be to turn off the TV and computer screens in the order of an hour before you attempt to walk to bed.
But what I would suggest that you do is to select a time that you want to go to sleep. After that try as thorny as you can to stick to that time.
Make sure you have at lowest a full 8 hours sleep in complete murk.. get an alarm clock and put it at the other side of your room so you obligation to get up to put it sour.. also have a chalice of water beside your bed so that you can drink something when your up...hope it help! it helped for me :)
