How tons sleep cycles are in attendance and how do they effect you?
Answers: ok, I am a sleep technician at a sleep center, there are several stages. Stage one, or N1, is the transition from wake up to sleep. Stage two, N2, takes up the majority of the night sleep, stage three/four are known as N3, this is a benificial stage because this is considered the reclamation stage. It is slow wave brain pursuit. Stage REM is the stage you dream in. This is historic because it is your brains recovery interval, this is where the brain get its rest. In a healthy character, these stages will will cycle through 4-5 times throughout the night.
I don't twig your question. Maybe you stipulation to re-word it.(?) :)
