I necessitate a stout consumption menu plan, I'm so lost and overweight :(?
So that brings me to you guys in givng me some resources I can look into to, I've tried inquiring through diet magazines for articles that provide you near a list of foods but enjoy not come across any!
I'm going to the gym but I also need to travel to the grocery!

And also, to be specific, my set weight it 130lbs but I am immediately 170lbs at 5'4. I plan on running every morning and lifting weights...I just entail to know the right foods to eat...
Answers: I focus it largely depends on what you enjoy consumption.
If you enjoy meat, try a lofty protien low carb approach (buy the Zone diet book or look online for tips and recipes).
If you're not that into meat, but you love your carbs, then turn for a low fat diet rich within low GI carbs. (the Low GI cookbook), again you'll find tips and recipes online.
Either opening your calories will be reduced and your weight will drop.
You could even alternate them every few months if you considered necessary to to prevent boredom.
You need to do some research online and see what looks attractive for you.
Your local library may own books or videos instruction you how to teach or try the local community college if in that is one?
Start with simple dishes first!
Make a salad!
Stay away from takeaway that have transfats and oils!
If you own to buy takeway until you learn to cook buy a intact cooked chicken and make several meal and sandwiches for lunch out of it!
Sorry i can't assist answer your question.. I only just came too utter that 170 isnt even close too the point of no return.. Eat stuff like salad, sandwich if you got munchies, ive have pretty good taste energy bar...(but i think activeness bars are overrated..), drink lots of wet and milk, and healthy cereal (honey nut chereos are other good if you cant find anything else). DONT turn to places like mc donalds/burgerking/ ect THATS ALL GARBAGE.. i similar to hamburgers and i eat hamburgers.. but lots of times i newly plain lose my appatite thinking about them cuz i know its adjectives garbage..
