Sleep cross-examine #1?
The question I pose to you guys is: are near any negative ramification to sleeping face down?
Answers: you can't sleep on your backbone because as you do, your airway closes and you loose oxygen intake. Your brain, starving for oxygen is aroused and you are woken up. You own OSA, Obstructive sleep apnea. There is nothing wrong beside sleeping on your stomach, but if you don't treat the OSA, you are at risk of heart disease or stroke, memory loss, excessive daytime sleepiness, just to given name a few. You need to speak beside a doctor, have a sleep study perform. Good luck, sweet dreams.
Nope I do it all the time too
