Sleep Question #2?

Sometimes I'll come home from a busy day awfully tired. If it is around 8 or 9 pm I'll figure I can sleep through the darkness and wake up revitalized the next morning.

The problem is that I tend to solitary feel tired after 1 am. Inevitably, at around 12 am I get up up feeling completely rejuvenated (sometimes thinking it is morning) only to be tolerate down by the time.

I'll get up for a bit and next say around 3 am I'll try to obtain some sleep. Often when this happens, as I tip out asleep I'll hear a loud noise contained by my head and a falling sensation as my dreams start to go off. Scared I wake up but my body is almost paralyzed from sleepiness and I allow myself to leak asleep again. Again I'll have duplicate sensation. My only solution is to turn on the tv and try to slop asleep then.

Has anyone else ever be in this situation?

Answers:    as a sleep technician, my best push for is to contact a physician and have a sleep study perform. You have copious symptoms of a sleep disorder known as obstructive sleep apnea, as economically has poor sleep hygiene. You want to force your body to have a set programme to sleep. Speak to a doctor.
Are you on any kind of medication. If so, check the information sheet they bestow you for side affects. If you don't still have the sheet, ask your pharmactist for another one. Also, you might try going to bed then and absolutely no caffenine. I enjoy a lot of sleep problems also. Hope this help.
