What's the recommended sleeping time or anything it's called for a 13 year ripened? Thanks.
Answers: You need more sleep, but also look at your diet, are you drinking enough fresh fruit/vegetables. Try to avoid crisps, chips, burgers etc. they don't bequeath you enough edibles. Try going to bed at 9pm and reading for a while, you'll probably feel sleepy within about 20/30 minutes.
The recommended sleep time for teens is 10-11 hours a darkness, so you are sleep deprived. Also, if you start to get a well-mannered sleep schedule and are still sleepy, later you start to look at quality of sleep, blood counts for anemia, etc. (though unlikely at your age)
