Answers:    If this is due to put money on pain it is probable that you are stooping because of muscle spasm. ( You can't shrink all the same! Though of course this can come up in matured age.) Best suggestion would be either a physio or probably a physical trainer at the gym. Both of whom would give you some suitable exercises that should assistance.
