I have to do a report on someone who is blind... And I want to know how do you be blind? Is it age? Sun? Can you be blind by getting hit realy sturdy in you're eye ball? Can you be blind with the wrong medication? I am researching a guy that was contained by the Vietnam War. (My Grandpa!) Can you be blind by a bomb?

You can become blind by many things. You can be born blind. It is also cause by diseases. There have be cases of people getting hit amazingly hard contained by the head and losing their eyesight. Diabetees can also result in it. Like you asked, you can be blind from a bomb; if fragments from it get into your eyes. Also, if the bomb cause an extremely bright flash of light, such as a nuclear bomb, your retinas within your eyes will burn and you will go blind.
