My brother say fruits and vegetables contain to much sugar?
i am also have this problem with the chills. i haven't be balancing my meal yet because i call for to read up more, but i haven't been taking vitamins however. should i take vitamins till i cram how to balance. anyway my brother won't pilfer vitamins or go to the doctor any because he thinks it's discouraging!
Answers: Your brother obviously does not know the difference between table sugar and glucose. The glucose contained by fruit and to a lesser extent surrounded by vegies is good sugar whereas table sugar is sucrose and to be exact bad sugar. Fruit and vegies are much better for you than a backpack of greasy and salty chips. Oranges are exceptionally good for you because they are rich surrounded by vitamin C and also contain citrus bioflavonoids that are antioxidants that slow down the aging process a bit and reduce your likelihood of getting cancer.
your brother is in denial, fruits and veggies dont hold alot of sugar at all. You inevitability to take multi-vitamens everyday. He could be anemic and your brother could be anemic, describe him to take iron pills to see if that help or to take multivitamens.
