Refrigerate antibiotic?

My son was hospitalized give or take a few 10 days ago, for 5 days, with orbital cellulitis. He be released on omnicef. He takes 6ml twice a time. He has taken it for the concluding 10 days, but i needed a refill, because he have to take it for 18 days, and they simply had 2 bottles within stock. So i went today to pick up the reload, and it says on the bottle "Do Not Refrigerate". The other bottles dont enjoy that sticker on them, and i had them refigerated the unbroken time. The pharmacy is closed now, but i will ask them within the AM, but im just wondering if i should be concerned that the antibiotic lost its worth or something. Thanks.
