What can i do to prevent breaking down contained by depresion?

It depends what's causing the depression. If there's be some sort of traumatic experience, it'll take some time, and the more you natter about it, the better (if it's too tender, write about it instead). If it's a burnout from working too unyielding, you need LOTS of sleep, and regular exercise. You might call for to start looking for a less exhausting brief, but it might be enough to set some boundaries for how much of your time your assignment is allowed to occupy. In fact, sleep and exercise assist for pretty much all depression.
If the depression have been in that for months, you might have to capture it treated professionally. This doesn't mean you're a stunted person: depression is a sickness simply like flu, and prescription can cure it (in many cases, you can stop taking the drug as soon as you start feeling better).
Another member of it is a mental decision not to allow the depression to verbs. First of all why should you be depressed? Do you enjoy any reason?
Try to find out what is the apology that makes you depressed and that conjecture that it hasn't done any good to anybody to complain and perceive sorry for himself. Try to do something to change the situation that depresses you.
Even if you won't succeed, the reality that you are trying to do something will take you mind from your problems.
