How to treat insomnia?

I am always tossing and turning surrounded by bed. It takes me almost an hour and a partly to fall asleep and I get up up in the middle of the dark out of habit.

Have you tried a cup of warm milk in the past bedtime and a warm hip bath, perhaps next to some Lavender essential oil surrounded by there. Or alternatively Lavender essential grease (a few drops) on the outer edges of you pillow might help you stumble asleep more quickly. Before you turn to bed do something that will help you interweave down and relax. Try not to drink too much before sleep or it could create you wakeful and avoid foods heavy on the stomach behind schedule at night but own a light snack as have an empty belly can create you wakeful. Also make sure you are heat enough surrounded by bed but not too hot. Try not to worry as this can append to the problem. Is everything OK at school. If you are worried nearly anything you really need to articulate to someone so as to reduce your anxiety level.
