Confessions beneath anesthesia?
Answers: As a former anesthesia technician, yes it can occur. I would be very suprised if she remember doing it (in other words, I would be amazingly suprised if she really said it). Lastly, whatever she did read out is kept in confidence as the surgical squad may or may not believe it, and they would not nor could not tell anyone.
Yes, it is possible, although due to HIPPA regulations adjectives patient information is kept confidential. Medications that are given during and after surgery can clearly lower one's inhibition such that this may occur.
Just remember, what is said contained by the O.R. Stays in the O.R. !

It can ensue, but almost never does. I guess if there's something that's preying on your mind, and you lose your inhibitions, you could say anything, same as if you be drunk.
Most people influence things like, "I'm going to throw up." or "It's done? Really?" as dead set against confessing infidelity.
Nobody in the OR really care if you cheat on your spouse or not, and we certainly wouldn't enlighten anyone if you did say something to that effect.
