My mother needs to travel the doctor, but she does not have insurance. Dad is disabled & medicaid or medicare (whichever he is on) will not cover her. Mom have her GED and is not qualified to get a "good" career, but works her butt off as a home-health aid. She have tried to get other job (housekeeping type work), but she is pushing 60, and she believes that's why she can't get hired. Their money situation, similar to the rest of the family, is horrible. We are adjectives struggling, so purchasing her own insurance isn't even an option. Having said adjectives that, she has lumps within her head. If you whip your fingers & run them across her forehead you can feel lumps. She say it hurts non-stop, 24/7. She is currently applying for a medical card, but was informed she will probably be denied because of Dad's income. I am worried for my mom, and would appreciate any help anyone can volunteer. Are there other option for her??

Answers:    Although it's not an immediate solution, be paid sure you and your entire family obtain out and vote for a candidate who is in reality willing to do something going on for health consideration in this country. I'm not going it have to be Hillary Clinton, but she's certainly the front runner within this category.

Beyond that you should check with the local or state form services office. There may be some low cost insurance available. Otherwise, she really should suck it up and grasp a high deductible insurance policy. The extra expense may be difficult to manipulate, but having something will be much better than bending up with tens of thousands surrounded by medical bills.
