I have a pre existing issue because I have a wreck last year and the airbag deployed and It broke most of the cartilage that attaches my ribs to my sternum, and it rebreaks when I stretch. No big treaty i am use to it, doc says zilch can be done bout that because of how the body heals. Ok that aside, I started a modern job where on earth I am on my feet next to alot twisting and turning. I exercise regularly so moving and twisting is nothing latest to my body. When I am hungry, or my stomach is empty, my chest close my heart hurts right between my breasts. It feels resembling someone is pulling me inside out and the pain "rolls" through my body contained by waves of excruciating headache. I always forget to munch through I am a big girl no big deal to me I other eat when I find time. But I hold never experianced this level of spasm! Any help?
