No, your employer cannot monitor you. You'll go within the bathroom and pee in a cup. Then paw them the cup and they'll do the test. I'm sure they are doing one that you can buy at the drug store. It's test everything (cocaine, opiates, marijuana, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, methamphetamines (Ecstasy).

Of course, if you haven't done anything wrong, then why would you be upset almost this?
If you are going to test positive for forbidden drugs then the chore should go to someone else.
