My son was sent home from conservatory with whitish skin and lips, and a body temp of 94.1. He be real tired and did not want to put away. Then an hour later his temp raise to about 96.8 degree and he was ingestion and wanting to play. It is the strangest thing. He is a everyday, active 7 year mature. He ate a good breakfast up to that time going to school, and seem perfectly fine. All the doctor said be to keep an eye on him. Everything i enjoy found online about low body temp is just about hypothermia. Its 90 degrees outside so I significantly doubt its hypothermia.

my guess be, he probably had a bout of low blood glucose plane (hypoglycaemic) when he turned pale / tired etc etc. and after, right after food, he seems energized again. try look into wikipedia /etc. on Juvenile Diabetes.
