Answers:    It's probably a unthinking from a plant or something, given the frequency and that they are localized to that finger. I'm sorry I don't know what they are just from a picture (a lot of rash look like that). If things don't rearrange within a week you might consider seeing a dermatologist. If, over the subsequent few days, they continue to capture worse (as in pus, dying tissue, gangrene, etc.) progress to a hospital immediately
