Dont worry in the region of what you seen, a correct friend of mine used to do this while she was going through a vastly stressful time and she would end up seeing herself contained by a room she had never be in previously!!
The mind is a powerful tool and when you abuse it , it will finishing up throwing all sorts of balderdash at you!!
Well, I am thirty and I have them occasionally. I have a feeling there is something intensely sinister and spiritual about these things. They startle the crap out of me. I have have them where I would dream I be dreaming and wake up thinking I be really awake, to find that I was still within the dream. Paralysis seems to affix to the fear.
The merely thing I hold found to work is to "struggle to the surface" by trying over and over to scream.
My principle in Jesus have helped rather a bit also.
I find this one interesting...I learned only just in Psych that our bodies crash down asleep (paralysis) when we fall asleep- It happen at the start and end of our sleep cycle. As for the other things occurring it could very powerfully be lack of sleep and stress specifically causing hallucination. OR- really off the roadway of normal...you could be doing some sort of Astral projection and traveling while you sleep! (check it out...it's authentic!) Good Luck- and take some time for YOU! Let some stuff dance. =)
