What is it roughly Starbucks that give me digestive disturbances?
What is it nearly Starbucks that gives me this problem? What do they put surrounded by it??
Answers: Speaking from my experience as a one-time barista for Starbucks, there may be a couple of different items from Starbucks cafe mocha versus one from another place that could be the culprit for your digestive issue.
Starbucks make their own whip cream surrounded by the store where as another cafe more credible will use a commercial brand.
One other possibility would be the mocha syrup. Again, Stabucks makes in that own in store and is their own brand which another cafe would not hold access to (legally anyhow).
It would be easy to rule out the thrash cream as the issue; just proclaim your next cafe mocha from Starbucks in need whip cream. If you don't experience your problem, after it's the whip cream, however, if you do experience your problem still it is outstandingly likely it is the mocha syrup.
They use Real milk. They use big quality chocolate. They also use immensely very overcast roasted coffee beans.
Any of those ingredients could cause an upset stomach. All three together...
Other "coffee" joint may be using a powdered mix more closely akin to a hot chocolate powder you'd find at a grocery store. Mostly just sugar and artificial flavoring.
Might be the answer...
It probably have something to do with the condition of the creamer that they are tallying -- creamer that isn't kept at a particular temp -- can hold slight bio-cultures that may have effect on your system (?)

It is mocha sauce impossible to tell apart chocolate they use for thier hot chocolate. Then it is expresso, and then beat cream.
The properties that upset your stomach are expresso. It is a diruectic. Expresso is compressed ground coffee beans into a pod strained through hot water. This expresso is much more powerful than a regular cup of coffee. It could be that combined beside the chocolate and whip that does that. I however comend coffee for aiding within my diegestive system. Enjoy
